Chromis & DamselsChromis are related to damselfish and clownfish, but are typically less aggressive. They enjoy being in a school of three or more, and make a spectacular display in large numbers. Chromis are ideal fish for the reef aquarium, since they will not bother invertebrates and corals. The average size of most Damselfish is two inches. They are often used to break in or cycle new aquariums. The majority of these fish are highly territorial, and may become aggressive toward other tankmates. They do well in groups of the same species. Click here to learn more about Damselfish.
